Refund/Return Policy

Skincare/soap products: Due to the nature of these products, no refunds or returns will be accepted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to montefarms@gmail.com.

Oil/tallow based products are prone to spoilage if water is introduced to the container. These products have been produced very carefully to promote the best shelf life. Please keep the products in a cool, dry place and avoid using wet hands to remove the product.

Flower subscriptions: Our subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if your circumstances have changed and you are unable to pickup or receive our deliveries (ie moved, etc), you may gift your subscription to a friend. Please email us at montefarms@gmail.com to discuss your options.
